Coanda: an ideology of the future, crafted from the past. Coanda honours the ambitious outlook of 20th century designers Wim Crouwel and Mimmo Castellano, and pays respect to the meticulous detail crafted by The Designers Republic.
Although modularity and strict measurements have been retained throughout letterforms and corner components, Coanda occasionally replaces strict rules by legibility and optical adjustment. Coanda is 95% technological and 5% human.
Coanda can create an incredibly unique logotype, but also offers functionality within larger body copy.
From both Eastern and Western European diacritics, to mathematical symbols & fractions, Coanda covers an incredible range of functional requirements. Four stylistic sets (including hairline alternates) give the ability to pick and choose dependent on scale and usage.
